To not help the injured out of spite for Bush is really petty and crappy if you ask me. There's women and Children who need help and we have the resources to help them, we've spent so much money supposedly rebuilding the place why not actually spend some of it well? But I seriously doubt the efforts currently underway are of a scope large enough to really tackle the problem and I've seen a documentary about how people aren't getting treatment for wounds and diseases. I think that getting healthcare to almost everywhere in the world is something that's physically possible, and would be and is one good thing about devolpment. Seems like one of those rare true progress's without doing anything it isn't supposed to, or having unintended and negative side effects.
