What is Indonesias views on Cuba, China, and the UN security council?

I've been trying to do research on their views on all of this, but I can only find only a little bit of information. Basically what I need to know is if they are underrepresented, in the UN security council, which I am believing they are, and why, and why their views on Cuba and China are either negative and positive. Thanks for any help that you may offer!!! :-)

1. every country is looked in positive and negative views, not only China and Cuba they are not the bad guys even Indonesia has some negative aspects in its history so don't look at China or Cuba, look at the world
